Website Distance Sales Agreement
In accordance with the 'regulation on the methods and principles of distant contracts' published in the official newspaper dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, it is obligatory to make a contract for the sales made over the internet. The contract details are as follows.
 
Website Distance Sales Agreement
1- Parties
 Service provider www.bodrumtransfer24.com will be referred to as "Agency".
 
The person whose name and surname are specified in the reservation and / or the people they represent will be referred to as the “Consumer”.
2- Subject
This contract has been concluded between the Consumer and the Agent.
 
It is arranged for service sales in written, visual, telephone and electronic environment as required by the services that the agency sells, the qualifications and sales conditions of which are given below, and includes the rights and acts of the parties.
 
It covers the transfer, tour and vehicle allocation services purchased by the consumer from the agency's website, the qualifications of the purchased service are specified on the Website Distance Sales Agreement and the "Terms and Conditions" pages and the service fee in the reservation and confirmation form sent to the e-mail address.
3- Duration of the Contract
This contract is; If the reservation in question comes into force on the date that the Agency approves and there is no dispute, the service that the consumer receives will expire automatically. In the event of a dispute, this contractual relationship will prevail until the final settlement of the dispute.
4- Payment and Invoice Information
In purchasing service with a credit card, the consumer is obliged to pay the service fee at the time of booking.

Making the reservation and payment; The Agency's Website means the acceptance of the terms set out in the Distance Selling Agreement and the "Terms and Conditions" pages.
Complaints and reimbursement requests must be submitted to us until 14 (fourteen) days after the service date.
Invoice issuance period against purchased service V.U.K. 7 days, including the date of purchase, on condition that it does not skip months.
 
The agency will use the information given in the reservation form in the documentation of the invoices to be sent to the consumer.
Upon the request of the invoice, it will be sent by cargo against the address specified by the consumer on the reservation form.
For payments made with Paypal, the transaction (commission) fee received by Paypal is added to the service fee on the Paypal payment page, and the commission amount belongs to the customer.
In Paypal returns, the transaction (commission) fee received by Paypal is also deducted from the Paypal payment service fee and the commission amount belongs to the customer.
 
For credit card payments, the payment difference with installments selected by the customer is added to the service charge determined by the relevant bank or payment systems, and is automatically specified in the installment payment table.
 
The costs arising from the cancellation and return works of the credit card payments made to the pos system of the bank or the company providing payment systems are deducted from the amount to be returned.
In the refund of the payments made by bank transfer, the transaction cost taken by the bank is deducted from the service fee and the transaction cost belongs to the customer.

5- Cancellation and Change
When the consumer requests cancellation up to 12 hours before the start of the service, the entire amount of the service paid is returned to him.
 
50% of the one-way service fee is refunded for cancellation requests within less than 12 hours before the start of service. (If two-way service fee is paid, the entire return fee will be refunded)
 
These terms do not include campaign services, early reservations or discounted reservations.
 
Cancellation provisions are valid for date changes made by the consumer.

The consumer will comply with the service contract rules regarding the service purchased from the Agent; It accepts that it will respect the life, property and peace of the third person, otherwise it will not be able to receive the service for good reason and it does not have the right to return.
 
If the bank or financial institution does not pay the service fee to the Agency due to the unfair or unlawful use of the credit card belonging to the consumer by the unauthorized persons after the performance of the service, which is not caused by the Agency's fault, the Consumer is responsible for the service fee and the damages arising.
6- General provisions
The agency will prevent mechanical malfunctions, traffic accidents, operational failures, weather opposition, traffic jams, terrorist incidents, law enforcement applications, etc. to be experienced in the transfer vehicle that will prevent the service from starting or continuing. As soon as he realizes that he / she cannot realize your transfer for reasons, an alternative tool will be tried to be provided as soon as possible and / or it will give information otherwise.
 
In the cases we have mentioned above, the refund of the transfer fee, which has been paid, will be returned to you uninterruptedly and / or in such a case, the price difference arising from the transportation provided by the Consumer by your own means will also be paid to the Consumer by the Agent.
 
In cases where the agency does not fully or partially comply with the contract, the articles of TURSAB SCHEDULE are applied in calculating the compensation to be paid.
7- Effectiveness
This contract consists of 7 main articles and if necessary, it will be issued in 2 copies and signed by the parties. In case of disputes arising from the contract, the articles of the Highway Transportation Law No. 4925 are applied. Bodrum court and enforcement offices are authorized for the dispute arising from this contract.
 
I have declared that I have read and accepted the contract on behalf of myself and / or the persons whose names I stated in the reservation form.
 
This statement; it is valid even if someone else has conducted and / or signed the reservation process instead of myself.
 
As a consumer, I declare that I have read and understood all of the provisions stated in the Website Distance Sales Agreement and "Terms and Conditions" pages, the responsibility of the accuracy of my information in the reservation form I have sent, the Road Transport Law No. 4925 and the information on the Agency's website.
